These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Pranathi HR Solutions Pvt Ltd., a labor contracting firm registered in Bangalore, and any client engaging the services of the Company. By engaging the services of the Company, the Client agrees to these Terms.

• Definitions
  
  
  • Services: Refers to the labor contracting services provided by the Company, including but not limited to workforce supply, recruitment, and management services.
  • Client: Any individual or entity that requests services from the Company.
  • Workers:Individuals provided by the Company to perform services as per the Client's requirements.


• Services Provided
  
  
  • The Company will provide skilled and unskilled labor as per the requirements specified by the Client.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse service if it deems the request inappropriate or illegal.


• Client Obligations
  
  
  • The Client agrees to provide clear and precise requirements for the services needed.
  • The Client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding workplace safety and labor laws.
  • The Client is responsible for providing a safe working environment for the Workers provided by the Company.


• Payment Terms
  
  
  • Payments for services must be made as per the invoice issued by the Company.
  • Payments are due within 45 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Late payments may incur interest at the rate of [insert interest rate, e.g., 1.5% per month] on the outstanding amount.


• Liability
  
  
  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
  • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the Client's use of the services.

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with [30 days] written notice to the other party.
  • In the event of a breach of these Terms, the Company may terminate the agreement immediately.

  • The Company and the Client shall comply with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and standards, including the Payment of Wages Act, Employee Provident Fund Act, and others as applicable.


• Dispute Resolution
  
  
  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiations.
  • If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.


• Amendments
  
  
  • The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting on the Company's website or notifying the Client directly.


• Governing Law
  
  
  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.


• Entire Agreement
  
  
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By engaging the services of Pranathi HR Solutions Pvt Ltd., the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
